Experience and learn about culture with the help of AI

Today, Google Arts & Culture announces three new features that put you at the center of your cultural exploration.

Learn while you create with Art Transfer 2

Earlier this year, we invited you to enhance your selfie game with Art Selfie 2. Using generative AI, Art Selfie 2 helps you revisit the world’s art, history and culture through a personal lens. Next, we’re looking beyond selfies and bringing that same AI-powered transformation to the rest of your camera roll with the launch of Art Transfer 2. Art Transfer 2 is an invitation to explore your artistic side while gaining a deeper understanding of art history — all through your own photos.

Now, you can snap or upload a photo and pick from our first pack of 12 iconic art-inspired styles to reimagine your world. What might your beloved pet look like as a Cubist painting? How about your garden as an Impressionist masterpiece? Or your breakfast as a Baroque artwork?

Art Transfer 2 goes beyond just stylistic transformations. Google’s advanced AI models will analyze your newly created masterpiece and provide insights into how it reflects your chosen style. You'll learn about key elements like brushwork, color palettes and composition, gaining a deeper appreciation for the nuances of art history, with options to find related artworks and artists on the platform.
